Andhra Style Palak Papu

Take a bowl add tur dal and wash it and soak it in Dal for 20 min.

Cut the spinach and wash it

Take pressure cooker add 1 cup tur Dal, chopped tomatoes,green chilli,amchur powder,salt,spinach,coriander,mint turmeric powder,red chilli powder add 2 cups water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it untill 5 whistles.

After 5 whistles let the cooker cool down and after it cools down open the lid and whisk the Dal with churner and keep it aside.

Take a pan add 2 tspn of oil once the oil is heated add cumin & mustard seeds,urad Dal then add dried red chilli,curry leaves, Hing then pour the Dal in the pan and cook it at shimmer for 2 min then add coriander and mix it.Your Andhra style Jain papu is ready.
