Orange Cinnamon Squares

Preheat the oven to 180°c, grease the baking tin with butter and dust some maida on it & keep aside.

Sieve maida with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl beat butter & sugar for 2 minutes, then add condensed milk and mix well, then add vanilla extract, orange zest and mix well.

Now add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and lastly add some orange juice and make a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a baking tin and bake this in a preheated oven for 35-40min over 180°c. Check with a toothpick if the cake is done after 35 minutes. Cool the cake for 2 hours before cutting into squares.

For the topping in a mixing bowl take whipped cream, add fresh cream and melted white chocolate and mix well, transfer it into a piping bag and top it on cake squares once the cake is cool.
