Ingredients

  2. 3Onions chopped
  3. 2Tomatoes chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 cupCurd
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonHaldi
  9. 1 cupOil
  10. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  11. 10black pepper corns
  12. 3cloves
  13. 3cinnamon sticks
  14. 1Black cardamom
  15. 1 teaspoonCoriander seeds
  16. 2bay leaves
  17. 5Dried red chillies
  18. 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds
  19. 3Green cardamons
  20. someCoriander leaves
  21. someMint leaves
  22. 1Green chilli
  23. 1 tbspKasuri methi
  24. 2 tbspCream

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste, salt mix and keep overnight or 2-3 hours, grind masala roasted masala like dried red chilli, bay leaf coriander seeds cumin seeds black pepper, fenugreek, cloves, 2 cardamoms,1 piece cinnamon, add Kasuri methi grind a coarse mixture.

    Take cooker add oil then add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, add mutton fry well for 10 minutes, add red chilli powder,haldi, onion, tomato, cook mutton well until tender, add kadhai masala and saute well.

    Add curd and cook now add cream and coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli for garnishing.

    Ready to serve, Enjoy with your family.
