  1. 250 gmmoong
  2. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  3. Salt as per neee
  4. 2onion (big in size)finely chopped
  5. 2tomato (big in size)finely chopped
  6. 2 tablespoonraw mango(amchur powder)
  7. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespooncummin seeds
  9. 2 tablespoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker add 4 cups of water,salt,turmeric powder and moong.cook moong till 4 whistles

    Then drain water from moong add red chilli powder,raw mango powder,onion and tomato now give cummin tadka over moong

  3. 3

    Masala moong is ready to eat
