Note, I put my Erythritol through a blender until it becomes powdered, this prevents a grainy texture and prevents crystalization.
Steps

Mix all of the base ingredients and press into a lined 9 inch spring form baking tin.

Using an electric whisk, mix all the topping ingredients together until the mixture becomes very thick.

Pour mixture onto base and freeze for 3 hours or preferebly overnight.

Once set, drizzle with melted chocolate and top with berries.
