Steps

Remove scales from the fish and clean the inside. Wash well, dry with kitchen paper towels

Peel the garlic, crush with salt

Add cumin and olive oil to the garlic and mix well together

Rub the fish inside and out with the garlic mixture

Prepare the charcoal for grilling
- 6
Wipe the grill with some oil,so that the fish doesn’t stick, allow the grill to heat before starting

Place the fish on the grill, turning over on both sides
- 8
Grilled fish is served with garlic sauce or a squeeze of lemon
