Ingredients

  • 2/3 cupchopped dates
  • 1/4 cupchopped cherry
  • 3 tbspraisins
  • 3 tbspChopped almonds
  • 1/4 cuporange juice
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 cupchopped cashew nuts
  • Pinchnutmeg powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Pinchcardamom powder
  • Pinchcinnamon powder
  • 2eggs
  • 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1&1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cupoil
  • 1 tbsppistachio

Steps

70 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add 2/3 portion of dry fruits, lemon juice, orange juice and 3 tbsp warm water. Keep aside for 2 hours. In a bowl add eggs and sugar. Mix well.

    Add dry fruits and oil. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt. Mix and add to the egg mixture

    Add nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Mix lightly. Pour into cake bowl greessed with oil or butter. Add rest of the dry fruits.Bake in 180°© temperature for 1 hour.

    Let it cool and serve.
