Heat a cooker pour with oil.add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.Mix it

Add green chillies curry leaves now add sliced onions mix well on high flame. Wait for few seconds.

On medium flame Add turmaric & potatoes & salt mix it properly.

Now add tomatoes and water cover it with lid and the pressure (2-3 Whistles) on medium heat.

Cool down the cooker remove the lid add coriander leaves.. serve hot with paratha or Puri.taste is yummy 😋
