Ingredients

15 mins apporx
3 servings
  1. 5-6large potatoes cut into cubes
  2. 2medium onion sliced
  3. 1tomato chopped (optional)
  4. 2strings curry leaves
  5. 1/2 bowlcoriander leaves- chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2green chillies chopped
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1 tspmustard seeds
  11. 1/2 bowlwater

    Heat a cooker pour with oil.add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.Mix it

  2. 2

    Add green chillies curry leaves now add sliced onions mix well on high flame. Wait for few seconds.

  3. 3

    On medium flame Add turmaric & potatoes & salt mix it properly.

  4. 4

    Now add tomatoes and water cover it with lid and the pressure (2-3 Whistles) on medium heat.

  5. 5

    Cool down the cooker remove the lid add coriander leaves.. serve hot with paratha or Puri.taste is yummy 😋

You can use boiled chopped potatoes also..bt in that case use kadai..
