  1. 2/3 cupmelted butter
  2. 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  3. 1 cupmaida
  4. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  5. 1tsb vanila extrect
  6. 1/3 cupcashew
  7. 1/2tsb Cinnaman power
  8. 1/4tsb nutmeg power
  9. 1/2 cupalmonds milk
  10. 2 tbspvinegar
  11. 1/2tsb baking soda
  12. 1tsb baking powder
  13. 1 1/2 cuppower sugar
  14. 2/3 cupmelted butter
  15. 1 cupmix dry fruits shocked in orange juice in 8 hours

  1. 1

    Switch on the gas, take a pan add the sugar then caramelized.switch off gas

    Grease a cake round tin or cake loaf pan with butter.preheat your oven to 170 degrees celsius.

    Sieve the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, cinnamon powder and grated nutmeg along with baking powder.Add the melted butter and mix gentle

    Add the sugar and mix.
    now add the dry fruits socked in orange juice.
    fold these gently in the cake batter.

    Add apple cider to almonds milk and later add baking soda to this mixture.stir gently and add this frothy bubbly mixture to the cake batter.

    Adf the vanilla extract and mix well & pour the cake batter in the greased cake pan.bake at 170 degrees C for 35 minutes.when the cake becomes warm or cools, remove from the cake pan.

    Serve the eggless fresh plum cake with tea or coffee.
