Soaked bengal gram for 4 hours, then strain water grind coarsely paste

Now add ginger chilli paste, mint leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chopped onion, asafoetida, salt and 1 tsp hot oil, mix well.

Now make ball and flatten it and fry in hot oil till golden brown from both sides.
