Here are the ingredients

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients & butter. Mix until its crumb like.

Make a hole in the middle, add in milk, flavor, & whisked eggs. Mix well to form a dough.

Cut out a small portion, place on a board and roll out flat. Cut into strips using a knife or pizza cutter.

Cut each strip into smaller sizes.set aside & do same for the remaining dough

Put oil for deep frying in a pan on medium heat. Add the cut chin chin in batches. Stir intermittently. Strain when golden brown as the color darkens later.
