Assemble 2 cups diced pumpkin and 1/4 diced onion.

In a cooker add 2 tbsp butter. Add diced onion. Saute it for a few minutes. Add diced pumpkin, Sauté it for few minutes. Add black pepper, salt and 3 small cups water. Close the lid. Wait for three whistle till the pumpkin become tender. Once it is done. Switch off the flame. Cool it and take out the lid.

Grind it in smooth paste. After grind. Transfer to the cooker. Boil with 1/4 fresh cream till it become thick. Once it is done.

Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream. Ready to serve hot pumpkin soup with garlic bread.
