Ingredients

  • 1 litreFull cream milk
  • 1/4 cupFull Mogra Rice
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1/4 tspElaichi Powder
  • 1 tbspKesar Milk Flower
  • 1 tbspRaisins
  • 1 tbspCharoli
  • 6-8each Kaju Badam and Pista (finely chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil one-litre milk in a vessel. Add rice when milk comes to a boil.

  2. 2

    Continuously stir the milk till the rice is cooked about 80%.

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and Kesar milk powder and stir till the sugar dissolves.

  4. 4

    Now add dry fruits to kheer.

  5. 5

    Enjoy it as a dessert.
