Medium flame on kar kay pan ma oil daal kar payaz brown kar lay.

Brown payaz ma chopped garlic, curry pata, kuyti hui lal mirch, pisi hui lal mirch, salt, haldi, kalwanji, rai dana daal kar achi tarah se bhon lay.

Bhonay huwa masalay ma tomatoes or hari mirchay daal kar mazeed bhonay yahan takay oil upar a jaya.

Jab oil upar a jaya tu baigan or imli ka parl dal kar daam par rakh daay 10 minutes kay liye. (Low flame par)

10 minutes kay baad flame off kar daay, masalay dar baigan ready hia.
- 7
Masalay dar baigan salad or roti kay sath serve kary.
