  1. 500 gmgreen brinjal
  2. 4onion (medium.size)
  3. 15 clovesgarlic
  4. 4Kashmiri mirch
  5. 3 tablespooncoriander seeds
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 2 tablespooncoriander powder
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 4 tablespoonraw mango powder(amchur powder)

    First take a utensil boil.water add kashmiri mirch and coriander seeds boil it for 2 minutes switch off the flame and strain them.now make a paste of onion,garlic,salt, boiled kashmiri.mirch and coriander seeds in a mixer jar.

    Now remove this paste from mixer jar in a bowl.add coriander powder,amchur powder,red.chill powder and turmeric powder to this paste

    Now wash brinjals and cut into four sides and stuff this paste in it

    Now heat a oil in a wok add this stuffed brinjals,cook brinjals on low flame until their colour.changes to brown from all sides.bharva baingan is ready to serve
