Remove the cover of boiled potatoes.

Mash them finely and add dhaniya and onions.

Add salt,chilli powder and garam masala.

Prepare a dough of wheat flour.

Take a part and fill it with potatoes stuffing.

Roll it and put it on tawa.

And apply ghee over it.
