Firstly take a small bowl. Add cornstarch, maida,salt and black pepper powder. Add water and make a smooth batter. Now cut paneer in square shape. Then heat oil. And dip paneer into batter and fry in oil. Fry all planner cubes fir 1-2 minutes. Now take out all on absorbent paper. Keep aside.

Now take another nonstick pan. Then add 2 tsp oil. Then add chopped green chillies, garlic. Saute for 1/2 minutes. Then add capsicum, onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Meanwhile take a bowl. Add all sauce (tomato, red chilli, vinegar, soya sauce) mix it well. Keep aside.

Now add mixed sauce. Then add 2 tsp corn slurry. Mix it well. Then add fried paneer. Again mix. Add salt, black pepper powder. Mix everything well. Now this paneer chilli is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped coriander.
