Bhonay huwa chicken ma burn kia huwa coal rakh kar pan ko cover kar daay takay smoke ka flavour a jaya. (Or sath hi flame off kar daay)

Ready kia huwa dough kay paray bana lay.

Banay huway paray se paratha ready kar lay..

Ab paratha ma saab se phalay hari chutney lagay, phir salad leaves rakhay or uskay upar ready kia huwa Smokey chicken rakhay, ⬇

Phir chicken kay upar onion slices or cucumber slices rakh kar end ma hari chutney daal kar roll kar lay.

Cucumber strip or onion slices kay sath mazay dar Smokey roll paratha serve kary.
