Mixed Mushrooms Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients

  1. 1 packFirm tofu 一盒硬豆腐
  2. 1 cupBlack Fungus 一杯木耳
  3. 1 cupEnoki Mushroom 一杯金針菇
  4. 1 cupKing Mushrooms 一杯杏鮑菇
  5. 1 cupShiitake Mushrooms 一杯香菇
  6. 2 inchesGinger 兩塊姜
  7. 1Egg 一個蛋
  8. 1 CupShedded Carrots 一杯胡蘿蔔絲
  9. 8 cupsVeggie Broth or Water 四杯蔬菜湯或水
  10. 1/3 cupOrganic Soy Sauce 兩湯匙有機醬油
  11. 1/3 cupOrganic White Vinegar 三湯匙有機白醋
  12. 2 tspsalt 1茶匙鹽
  13. 1 tspsugar 半茶匙糖
  14. 1/2 tbspWhite Pepper 1/2湯匙白胡椒
  15. 1 tbspChinese Black Vinegar or worcestershire sauce 1湯匙中國黑醋
  16. 6 tbspCornstarch + 6 tbsp water 湯匙太白粉和湯匙的水
  17. 1 tbspGarlic 1湯匙大蒜
  18. 1 tbspOlive Oil 1湯匙橄欖油

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Black Fungus for 30 minutes 將黑木耳浸泡30分鐘

    Chop Black Fungus, firm tofu, king mushroom and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces 將黑木耳,硬豆腐,杏鮑菇和香菇切成小塊

    Boil Black Fungus, Enoki Mushrooms and King mushrooms for 5 minutes and drain the water 將黑木耳,金針菇和金菇煮沸5分鐘,瀝乾水分
