Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds. Once they crackle add the red garlic chutney. Cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Saute for a minute.

Add 1/2 cup water so the spices don't get burnt.

Add the diced boiled potatoes and give a toss. Make sure the prepared masala is properly coated over the potatoes.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves, lemon slice and fresh red chillies. Serve with roti or thepla or paratha.
