This brownie is perfect if you looking for something gooey and chocolatey yet fluffy to satisfy your sweet tooth. It may sound complicated but it's not that hard.

Whisk butter and sugar till it gets creamy after that add flour, cocoa powder, sugar (castor or powdered), sea salt, baking powder and baking soda, cinnamon powder. REMEMBER TO SIFT ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SEA SALT.

Add milk and fold it nicely till the consistency is thicker than cake like a fudge batter consistency

Take a greased mould. Line it with baking paper if needed. Spread some of the batter add orange zest, chocolate and almonds.

Again spread some batter add orange zest, chocolate and almonds. Repeat this till your batter is all gone in the mould. On top add chocolate, orange zest, almonds.

REMEMBER DON'T FILL IT FULL

Add your mould in a preheated oven or OTG for 25 to 35 mins 180°C and to know if it's done poke it with a chopstick if it comes out clean it's done.

The time may very on your oven capacity. The estimate timing is 30 to 45 minutes.

So your brownie is done. Serve it warm with whipped cream or ice cream and chocolate sauce
