Spaghetti cake

Spaghetti as pasta everyone likes so do try this new way to serve spaghetti in the form of a savoury cake. Everyone at my place loved it. This cake can be taken in picnic and served with ketchup or can be eaten just like that.

Spaghetti as pasta everyone likes so do try this new way to serve spaghetti in the form of a savoury cake. Everyone at my place loved it. This cake can be taken in picnic and served with ketchup or can be eaten just like that.

In a broad vessel take water, add salt and few drops of oil. Keep it for boiling.

Add spaghetti to the boiled water. When the spaghetti will get cooked it will slide down into the water and get cooked in 10 minutes.

Drain the excess water from the spaghetti and keep it aside.

Finely chop red, yellow and green capsicums and the tomatoes.

In a mixing bowl take the finely chopped capsicums and tomatoes.

Now add chopped coriander leaves, wheat flour, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli flakes, mixed dry herbs, fresh cream and milk to the mixing bowl.

Mix well everything and add 4 cubes of grated processed cheese and spaghetti to the bowl.

Mix well and transfer the mixture to a round cake mould.

Spread the grated cheese of the remaining 2 cubes above it and let the cake bake for about 30-35 minutes in a pre-heated at 200°C.

After the savoury cake cools down remove it from the tin and serve it with tomato ketchup.
