Vegetable soup with egg drops

Take a pan, add oil, once hot add ginger and garlic and cook till it's brown.

Now add cabbage, palak, carrot and saute for 5 mins.

Add turmeric and salt and 3cup water. And cook by covering for 10 mins.

Now add the egg white with the help of spoon little by little.

Cover and cook for another 10 mins. You can increase water by seeing the consistency.

Serve hot. Best soup for weight loss
