Wash and soak urad dal for 4/5 hours and mix well in blender coarse hard consistency.

Add green chily paste ginger paste salt some oil salt cumin seeds crushed curry leaves and whisk properly.now our batter is ready heat oil in pan and drop each meduwada(taking batter in wet palms making hole in between with finger)and deep fry golden brown.meduwada is ready to serve with chutney sambhar.
