This has its origins in South Africa. I made my version using most of the ingredients. Enjoy.
Steps

Heat a cooking pot with the oil and add in your chopped onions, green pepper and sweat them.

Add in your minced garlic and ginger. Add in your spices too.

Add in the tomatoes and cook to a paste. Add in your grated carrots.

Add in your two cans of baked beans and simmer down until it's bubbling. Season as required.
- 5
Serve with literally anything i.e. rice, barbecue meats, sandwiches, eggs, potatoes etc.
