  1. 3 cupsraw groundnuts
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. Salt

    Heat a spacious heavy bottomed sufuria or pan for a few minutes. Pour in the raw groundnuts, add a generous amount of salt then pour a few drops of water and stir to make a paste of salt over the nuts.

    With the heat a little high keep on stirring until the salt paste begins to fall off the nuts.

    Reduce the heat, keep the sequence- stir for a few minutes, leave to cook for another few minutes. Note the color of the fallen salt begin to change from white to greyish and the nuts begin to split their skin cover and also you'll begin to get the sweet aroma. (Your nuts are on track to deliciousness 😃😃).

    They will start producing a twitching sound, a sign they are ready but yo confirm take a few pieces and slide between your hands to see how easy the cover comes off. And our most favorite way of knowing is of course taste a few😂😂😂😂.

    Remove from heat, pour into a large tray and allow to cool before serving with your sweetly done strungi(milkless tea😄😄😄) and enjoy your breakfast.
