Steps

Soak rice in water for 3 to 4 hours.
Then coarsely grind it in a mixy.
Take a pan and saute kismis and cashewnuts till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Now add milk in that ghee. - 2
Add grinded rice.
Add sugar.
Add elachi powder.
Cover the lid and let it cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Check out it should be creamy texture wise. - 3
Take it out in a bowl and garnish with cashewnuts and kismis.
And enjoy this famous kerala sweet dish.
