1Onion chopped
2 cupsPasta(elbow)
2-3Garlic Cloves chopped
1 cupCapsicum chopped
2 cupsPasta sauce
1 cupBroccoli florets
1Green chilli chopped
1 tspOlive oil
1 tspOregano powder
1 tspSalt

Steps

Washed the pasta. On insta pot click on sauté option for 1 min and then add oil and sauté onion garlic.

Now add all veggies, sauce, spices and mix well.

Add pasta and 1 glass of water, choose 5 mins for pressure cooker option. Close the lid.

Just watch tv or whatever you want do. Once it gives a whistle, it’s ready.
