Cooking Instructions

Chop all the vegetables. You can also add veggies as per your choice.

In a bowl add all the chopped vegetables and mayonnaise. Add black pepper powder and salt. You can increase or decrease the quantity of pepper and salt according to your taste. Mix it well.

Switch on your griller or sandwich maker to pre heat it. Take 1 bread and pour the mixture of mayonnaise and veggies in it. Spread it. Take another piece of bread and cover it. Place it in already pre heated griller or sandwich maker.

After few minutes you will see the sandwich is crisp from both the sides. It's ready. Cut into halves and serve it hot with green cutney or tomato sauce.
