Cooking Instructions

Soak chia or subja seeds for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cut the half mango into cubes. Remaining half need to take out the pulp.
- 3
Mash the mango pulp with fork.
- 4
Take a glass layered like first mango flush mashed, second chia or subja seeds, third mango cubes.
- 5
Continue the layering till the glass filled. Enjoy!
