Ingredients

4boneless chicken breasts
salt & pepper
1 cuphoney
1/2 cupsoy sauce
1/2 c.diced onion
1/4 c.ketchup
2 Tablespoonsolive oil
2 clovesgarlic minced
1/4 teaspoonred pepper flakes

Steps

Label gallon freezer bag. Place all ingredients into bag. Extract air. Freeze flat.

When ready to eat, thaw, cook in crockpot on low 4 hours

Add 4 T cornstarch dissolved in 6 T water. Cook on high for 10 more minutes.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
