First grease a plate then grease the grater and start grating the frozen cheese.Why grease so that cheese does not stick to the plate and grater. Now cook the cabbage for 5 mins with salt and pepper in microwave for and mix with grated carrot with salt and pepper in carrot.

Mix the veggies well. Now make a ligam (paste) of wheat flour pinch of salt and water and keep aside.

Roll out the wheat flour dough and cook the roti on both sides till have done. Keep rajma masala pudina and coriander flavour ready(posted earlier).

The first layer will be rajma masala then comes the salad over that cheese.

Now time to apply the paste on all the sides of the roti.

Bring the sides one over the other then the top and bottom end and seal it. Now grease a grill and place the roti on the grill. Smear some oil on the roti and close and grill till it's cooked well and crisp. Serve with sauce and salt and pepper cucumber.
