1/2 cupcauliflower
1/2 cupcabbage
1/4 cuppeas
2onions
3tomatoes

Boil potatoes, peas, cauliflower and cabbage. Mash it nicely. Semi puree tomatoes, chop onion and make garlic paste.

On a hot tava, add 1 tbsp butter and oil. Add chopped onion and saute for a while. Add garlic paste.

Once done add tomato puree and roast it nicely. Add all spices. Mix well. Add vegetables mash.

Mix and mash it nicely.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Heat earthen pot until very hot.

Take a sizzling plate and warm it. Put the pot on it.. Add bhaji to it. It will start bubbling.

Sizzle it on hot pan. Add butter.
