Boil green peas for 10 minutes and then crush it.

Saute the crushed peas in ghee for 5 minutes.

Add milk and stir continuously for 10 minutes.

Add sugar and pista flakes. Mix it well.

Add khoya and mix.

Stir continuously for 15 minutes.

Put it in freezer.

To make angoori - Take grated paneer and mix it using hands. Add milk and mix it well. Roll small balls out of it. Add the balls in the rabdi after it gets chilled.

Garnish it with pista flakes and rose petals and serve it.
