Take wheat flour in parath.
Add oil and salt in it.
Add water and make a soft dough of it.
Make small size balls of it.
Roll in with rolling pin on rolling board.
Side by side heat oil in a pan.
And fry all the puri till it becomes golden brown in colour. - 2
Cut potatoes into small pieces.
Heat oil in a wok.
Add mustard seeds and it sputter for a while.
Then add cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida.
Then add cut potatoes in it. - 3
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin seeds, Garam masala, mango powder and salt. Saute for 1 minute.
Add 1 glass of water and let it steam on low flame for 5 minutes.
Off the gas and garnish it with coriander. Take a bowl put bhaji in it and serve it with hot puris.
Our delicious puri bhaji is ready now and enjoy this super tasty dish.
