Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 6 tbspsugar
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients apart from the oil. Mix and then slowly add in warm water and mix. Close, keep in a warm place and allow to rise for 30mins

  2. 2

    Heat oil. Scoop in the batter and fry both side. Strain and serve
