Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tbspdry butteefly pea flowers (can order from Amazon)
  • 1 tspStevia (can use 2 tbsp normal sugar)
  • 1 cuphot water
  • 2 tbspnon alcoholic spirit (I use Borrago #no47 Paloma blend)
  • 1/2passion fruit
  • 1 tbsplemon or lime juice
  • Some crushed ice
  • glassTall
  • I decorate my mocktail with dry orange

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dry butterfly pea flowers in hot water. Add some stevia or sugar in and leave it about 15-25 min.

    Add passion fruit and lemon juice at the bottom of the glass. Add crush ice and non alcoholic spirit.

    Add the magic butterfly pea flower syrup drink to top up the glass and watch the magic!! Your drink will start to change the colour 💗💜💙.

    Decorate your drink with dry orange and paper straw
