Sweet and Sour Tilapia Fillet

While shopping at the fresh market, I found tilapia fillets. They were cheap, only 20k for 500 grams. This is my first time making sweet and sour fish, usually I make it with chicken. I usually avoid it because filleting fish is a hassle, haha.
