Ingredients

  1. Cooking oil for frying
  2. 2medium fish (tilapia, salmon, galunggong, any white fish)
  3. Salt
  4. 1large onion (thinly sliced)
  5. 2 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  6. 1 knobginger (cut into strips)
  7. 1large tomato (cut into cube)
  8. 1large pepper (cut into strips)
  9. 115 gramspineapple tidbits
  10. 2 tbspcornstarch dissolve in 1/4 cup water
  11. 1 cuppineapple juice reserved
  12. 1/4 cupketchup
  13. 1/3 cupsugar
  14. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Put salt in the fish and deep fry it until golden brown then set aside

    In another pan saute ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, then put the pineapple tidbits

  3. 3

    Put the pineapple juice together with the soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and add water (if it is too dry) then keep stirring

  4. 4

    Bring to boil, then add the bell pepper strips. Season with salt and pepper

  5. 5

    If you want a thick sauce, add the cornstarch

  6. 6

    In a large serving dish mix the fish with the sauce.

  7. 7

    The end! Serve with white rice 🍚
