  • 1/4 Cshortning
  • 1/2 csugar
  • 1well beaten egg
  • 2 Tbspwater
  • 1 1/2CMazhed bananas
  • 1/2chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 cflour
  • 2 tspbaking power
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking Soda
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream shortining and sugar add egg and bran mix well.

  2. 2

    Combine water and bananas add alteretely with dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix thoroughly add vanilla and nuts.Bake in greesed loaf pans at 350 dorb1 hour
