Mutton with lotus seeds
Steps

Marinate mutton in yogurt,salt and all powdered spices exept mace powder.Marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel, add whole garam masala, fry sliced onion till golden brown.

Add marinated mutton, cover and cook till water dries.Add 2 cups water,cover and cook on low-medium heat for 40-45 minutes.

Check wether mutton is cooked or not,if required cook for more few minutes.

Add mace powder,mix.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan,fry lotus seedsfor 5 minutes.Add to mutton.Add kewra water also.Mix,cover and leave for 5 minutes.

Serve with naan.
