Steps

Take 2 Tomatoes.

Boil them for 5 mins.

After cool down peel the skin.and grind them in a mixer jar.

Take out the pulp and strain with a strainer. your fine pulp will be ready.

Heat up a pan and add butter then add tomato pulp.

Add black pepper powder, salt and sugar to your taste.

Now add corn flour paste..(in a separate bowl add corn flour and 2 tbs water mix well untill no lumps)

Add oregano and cook for 2 mins on low to medium flame.

Switch off the flame and serve with fresh croutons.
