Steps

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add Onion and garlic cloves and cook until Onion turn brown.

Then add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, green chilli, cumin, salt, Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder, red chilli powder & add water. Cook it until oil comes up.

Then add Potatoes 3 cubes and Tinday and cook well.
Add half glass water & Stir well. Cover it to cook for 5 mins at high flame then turn it to low flame (keep stirring in between) until the cooked, the moisture dries out and the tinday potatoes are done. - 4
Tinday ki Sabzi is ready Serve with rice or Naan.
