Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2onion chopped
  • 6garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 6_8 green chillies
  • 1 tspcumin
  • Salt as your taste
  • 1.1/2 tbsp Zeera(cumin)& black pepper powder
  • 2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 glasswater(for frying spices)if required
  • 3potatoes slice cut
  • 500 gTinda(apple gourd)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add Onion and garlic cloves and cook until Onion turn brown.

    Then add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, green chilli, cumin, salt, Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder, red chilli powder & add water. Cook it until oil comes up.

    Then add Potatoes 3 cubes and Tinday and cook well.
    Add half glass water & Stir well. Cover it to cook for 5 mins at high flame then turn it to low flame (keep stirring in between) until the cooked, the moisture dries out and the tinday potatoes are done.

  4. 4

    Tinday ki Sabzi is ready Serve with rice or Naan.
