Ingredients

  1. 4_5 tbsp oil
  2. Beef kabab as your require
  3. 2onion slice cut
  4. 2tomatoes slice cut
  5. 7green chilli slice cut
  6. 2 tbspginger julien cut
  7. 2 pinchsalt
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    .
    Take a pan add Oil. Put Fried Kabab then add onion, tomato, green chilli, chilli, ginger, salt, garam masala.

    Cook it 5 minute. Then cover it to cook on low flame for 5 mins. Dum Kabab is ready.
