Put pot on fire add water and allow to boil.

In a separate bowl mix semolina flour with small quantity of water, take small amount of it out and set them aside.

Pour the boiling water inside the mixture of the semolina and stir it very well and little by little the amount of the smaller portion to make it thick till you get a thick and smooth paste.

Add sugar and milk then enjoy.
