  1. 1 kgboiled palak
  2. 1 cuptomato puree
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbsppure ghee
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1chopped green chilli
  7. 250 grampaneer
  8. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer & deep fry them.

  2. 2

    Heat pure ghee & add tomato puree,green chilli & ginger garlic paste. cook till it becomes thick.

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients & boiled palak.cook till water dissolves.

  4. 4

    Add fried paneer & mix it.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
