4 tbsprolled oats
100 gpeanut butter
1egg
1 tspvanilla extract
4 tbspmaple syrup
Pinchsalt
Strawberry jam

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Mix together oats, egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt

Roll into a tablespoon size ball and place on a baking tray, making a small well in the centre of each ball

Fill the wells with jam

Cook in the oven for 10 minutes then leave to cool
