  2. 3cardomom seeds
  3. 100 mlmilk
  4. 5 tablespoonssugar
  5. 5 tablespoonsDesi ghee
  6. 10Cashews for garnish

    Firstly wash the carrot and peel it. Now cut the carrot into small pieces. take pressure cooker add pieces of carrot and milk cook it till 1 whistle. Let the cooker release naturally.

    After that blend the pieces of carrot with blender, cook carrot until the milk dry totally then add Desi ghee, cardamom and sugar to it stir it continuously until carrot colour changes to dark red.switch off the flame, garnish with cashews.

    Gajar ka halwa is ready to eat
