Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 4 tbspmaida
  • 4 tbsp corn flour
  • ForVeggies:
  • 1/2chopped-cabbage
  • 1chopped- carrot
  • 5-6chopped- spring onion
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 3 tspchilli sauce
  • 3 tspsoya sauce

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix veggies together and maida, cornflour and every ingredient together and make a smooth dough out of it.

    Now heat oil in a pan and make sure oil should not be overheated. Make balls out of dough and fry it on a medium heat so that it does not remain uncooked inside. Sprinkle some spring onions and Serve hot.
