Ingredients

  • 250 gRajma pressure cooked and mashed
  • 50 gpaneer grated
  • 1/2 cupwet poha
  • 3 Tbsprice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 TspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 pinchblack cardamom powder
  • 1 pinchgreen cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tspfennel seed powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 4-5 tbspoil for pan frying
  • 2 Tbspfresh coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    For making Rajma galouti kabab mix all the ingredients and spice powders except oil and fresh coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Divide this kidney beans mixture into 8-10 portions and flaten out with the palms of your hands.

  3. 3

    Shape them as you wish too
    I have used a cookie cutter to give them flower shape

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry these kababs till crisp and golden brown from both the sides.

  5. 5

    Drain on an absorbent paper and serve with your favourite chutney or tomato ketchup
